Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in North Olmsted, OH. The role focuses on greeting residents, supporting meal service, and creating a welcoming dining room environment. You will assist with table setup, tidying and supporting residents during meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or post-fall support.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present, mingle, entertain and foster resident connections.
• Buss tables and maintain a tidy service area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness as Appetite Anthropologist when needs arise.
