Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is hiring a part-time server to welcome residents and ensure a pleasant dining experience. This role requires standing, light lifting, and a friendly, patient approach to care.

Shift is Monday and Sunday, 11:30am–7:30pm, with pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• English reading, writing and comprehension at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shift.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and ensure they feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables and service areas; assist with meal prep and setting.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Communicate dietary observations to supervisors and Wellness team.
