Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our dining services team in Chesterfield. The role focuses on delivering friendly, high-quality service to residents and guests across two daily shifts: 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm.

You will follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, perform side work, and support teammates to ensure timely, high-quality meals. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and a positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
