Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Server to provide courteous dining service. Shifts are 6a-2p or 11a-7p with rotating weekends. You will assist residents and guests, maintain clean service areas, and uphold food safety standards.

Prior restaurant experience is welcome, but not required. We value a friendly, customer-focused attitude and teamwork to ensure high-quality meals are delivered promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display a teamwork attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner and ensure timely service.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and tactfully.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
