Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Ohio is seeking a friendly part-time Server to join our dining team. The position offers shifts from 6:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive senior living environment.

You will serve meals professionally, follow safe food handling procedures, perform side work, assist colleagues, and address resident concerns with tact to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service to foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals professionally and ensure residents and guests are pleased.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Provide high-quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow Dining Services Standards of service.
