Job summary

Pine Tree Country Club in Birmingham, AL is seeking a driven part-time Server to join a fast-paced hospitality team. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management while delivering attentive guest service.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of serving experience, with eligibility to handle alcohol. Healthcare benefits and a 401(k) are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and menu items; answers questions and makes recommendations.
• Takes orders, serves food and beverages, and delivers promptly.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and handles checks and cash transactions using POS system.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, and food delivery.
