• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Keeps workstation organized; performs side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions; uses the POS system.
• Follows order-taking and delivering standards; adheres to service techniques.
• Practices tray service and safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
