Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of serving experience, with the ability to meet state alcohol service requirements and maintain reliable attendance.

Aufgaben

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Keeps workstation organized and handles side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions; uses the POS system.
• Follows established standards for greeting and service techniques.
