Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining or hospitality preferred.
• Enjoys working with seniors and delivering excellent service.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, and staff.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals and service.
• Know daily specials, menus, and items to assist selections.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables and stations.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Assist with dining room organization and supply placement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
