Job summary

Thanksgiving Point Institute Inc. is seeking a part-time Harvest Restaurant server in Utah. The position offers a daytime shift (10:30am–4:00pm, Mon–Fri) with a maximum of 29 hours per week.

Wage starts at $5/hour plus tips, averaging $20–$25/hour, with benefits including a free membership for you and your immediate family, 401(k), and more. You will greet guests, present menu items, take orders, deliver food promptly, and assist with operations.

Qualifications

• World class guest service.
• Previous serving experience.
• Multitasking and keeping on task when busy.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation.
• Complete side work checklists.
• Follow sequence of service.
• Accurately receive and input orders.
• Rolling silverware.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Deliver food in a timely manner.
• Engage with the guests while they dine at Harvest.
• Keep beverages refilled.
• Recommend items from our menu and upsell items.
• Menu and allergy knowledge.
• Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
