Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our dining team. This role supports daily restaurant operations, bar service, catering and special events in a fast-paced environment.

As the face of the dining experience, you will interact with residents, explain menu items, and maintain sanitation standards while delivering the Margaritaville lifestyle. Previous serving experience and strong communication are a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving experience required.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for lunch by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
• Explain the chef's specials; identify wines; answer food preparation questions.
• Assist with service and deliver orders from bar and kitchen to residents.
• Maintain dining area and replenish utensils; respond to patron needs.
• Open and pour wine tableside; handle payments and bills.
