Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking a Part-Time Food Runner to support dining operations and deliver exceptional resident service. You will explain menus, deliver orders promptly, and collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and night shifts are expected. AEDT procedures may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.
• Superb multitasking skills.
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with orders, explain specials and make recommendations.
• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Explain food orders to chefs with attention to allergies and requests.
• Help the wait staff set up tables with utensils and decor.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation principles.
• Check on customers for impromptu requests or issues.
• Remove dirty dishes from tables.
• Inform management on resident feedback.
