Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking Part-Time Servers to join our team. The Server greets Residents, serves meals and beverages, and supports events within the community dining program. We offer $8.00 per hour plus tips, with evening and weekend availability required.

A High School diploma or GED is preferred; a Food Handlers Card is required. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience required.
• Food Handlers Card or certificate must be current.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for service by setting tables and stations.
• Serve meals and beverages to Residents and guests.
• Explain menu and wine options; respond to dietary needs.
• Handle payments and close out checks; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with special events and maintain safety standards.
