Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking a Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our dining team. This role places you at the forefront of Resident interaction, serving as front-of-house and supporting back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include table setup, food running, guest greeting, and ensuring a clean dining area. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication skills; prior F&B experience is preferred.

• Excellent oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for Residents by setting tables and stocking supplies.
• Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate large groups; reset tables after service.
• Run the food to tables and assist wait staff with delivery and guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
