Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders with care.

You will ensure timely service, check back for guest satisfaction, process payments with POS systems, and maintain up-to-date menu knowledge to suggest great pairings. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; the team supports growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
