Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time server to enhance dining experiences in our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink choices, using our POS system to relay orders.

As a team member, you’ll help with opening/closing duties and build relationships with residents, delivering service they expect from their favorite restaurant.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under 18 must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Server must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
