Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to join our community dining team in Denver. You will greet residents, present menus, take orders, and support smooth service in our community restaurant, Sunday and Monday 4pm-7pm.

A friendly, guest-focused attitude and reliable attendance are essential. Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, relaying orders via POS, and performing opening/closing dining room duties.

Qualifications

• Smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Under 18 may need schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
