Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server for our community dining program. This part-time role involves guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and helping guests choose dishes and drinks to create an exceptional dining experience.

You will input orders in our POS system, help maintain a welcoming dining room, and complete opening/closing duties as assigned by the community. A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Server role requires a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Age under 18 requires proper schoolwork authorization, if applicable.
• Demonstrates a caring, friendly attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
