City Club Birmingham, part of Troon, is hiring a part-time Server. The role focuses on prompt, professional food and beverage service, greeting guests, describing daily specials, and taking orders with accurate cash handling. Training in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness is provided.

A reliable schedule and active participation in pre-shift tastings are expected. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, or up to three months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Greets guests and describes specials of the day; answers menu questions and offers suggestions.
• Takes orders and delivers food and beverages promptly after preparation.
• Maintains an organized workstation and follows cash handling procedures.
• Uses POS system for orders and payments; follows standard service techniques.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
