Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server for Castlewood in Nixa, MO, with shifts 4:30pm–7:30pm, Mon Tue Wed Sun. The role supports residents during meals, welcomes guests, and contributes to a home-like dining environment.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with meal service and prep tasks as needed.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas tidy for a positive resident experience.
