Arrow Senior Living in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Server (Part-Time) to join our team. This role includes greeting residents, ensuring a welcoming dining experience, and supporting meal service on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30am to 2:30pm at Summit.

You will be responsible for assisting residents, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating any dietary changes to supervisors. The position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive, resident-focused community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at an 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shift.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining area, engage residents, and foster social interaction.
• Prepare tables and support service flow for meals (Peppy Prepper).
• Bus/tidy areas, ensuring a clean, safe dining environment.
• Communicate dietary concerns or appetite changes to supervisors.
