Job summary

Palmas Restaurant Group is seeking a Part-Time Server Assistant for Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs. You will support servers by clearing and resetting tables, delivering food, and maintaining stations while providing friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a high-volume restaurant, strong English skills, and knowledge of safety practices. This role offers Disney perks and a lively team setting at Disney Springs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Minimum of high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages a plus.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Food Safety Certificate
• Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate
• Must be well versed in food safety and handling
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Assist Servers in clearing, cleaning, and setting guest tables.
• Deliver food orders from kitchen to guest tables (food-running).
• Maintain side stations and table sections, restocking items as needed.
• Follow Disney 5-Keys Basics and company guidelines at all times.
• Work with team members to ensure fast, courteous service.
