Erickson Senior Living at Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking an entry-level dining associate. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights, helping with menu items, taking orders, and delivering a high-quality dining experience to residents and guests.

No prior experience is required, but good communication and a friendly, energetic attitude are important. You must be at least 16 years old and available on both weekdays and weekends.

How you will make an impact

Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

What you will need

Be 16+ years old No experience required! Have good communication skills. Have a friendly and energetic attitude. Compensation: $15.92/hr
