Job summary

Spring Arbor of Steele Creek in Charlotte, NC is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team on a part-time basis. The role supports residents during meals, greeting guests, and delivering a warm, home-like dining experience.

The position offers 6:30 AM–1:30 PM or 11:30 AM–7:00 PM shifts, with competitive pay based on experience and a collaborative team environment dedicated to meaningful resident care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.
