Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with system/solution architecture focus.
• Strong background in distributed, event-driven, microservices-based systems.
• Solid understanding of Java-based back-end stacks (Spring/Spring Boot), APIs and integrations.
• Experience designing high-availability, high-throughput systems for critical or financial use cases.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and storage.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, and security design.
• Observability, resiliency patterns, and capacity planning familiarity.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and guidelines for engineers.
• Able to balance pragmatism with long-term scalability across teams.
