Music & Arts seeks a motivated sales associate to drive personal sales, promote music lessons, and build partnerships with teachers, schools, churches, and community groups. You will deliver engaging presentations and deliver outstanding service while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes customer loyalty, music knowledge, and collaboration with the team, in a retail setting. Compensation and benefits reflect store policy and location-specific guidelines.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsabilidades

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on training.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security and keys as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
