Job summary

The City of Allen is seeking a part-time Senior Recreation Center attendant to provide customer service, transport seniors, and manage registrations at the Senior Recreation Center. You will handle class registrations, POS transactions, and assist with facility setup and daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, processing payments, and using recreation software (ACTIVE Net) for memberships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, especially with seniors, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport senior citizens to and from the Senior Center.
• Set up and break down activity rooms for weekly events.
• Provide customer service, greet members, answer questions, and process registrations and payments.
• Register citizens for classes and memberships using recreation software.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and maintain the facility.
