Job summary

Shields Health Care seeks a qualified Nuclear Med PET Technologist III in Concord, MA to operate PET equipment, obtain high-quality images, and explain procedures to patients at an appropriate level. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely communication with the radiology team.

Responsibilities include radiopharmaceutical handling, data entry, providing films, and maintaining clean rooms. This part-time role requires NRC/JCAHO compliance, CPR, ARRT/NMTCB registration, and at least one year

Qualifications

• State license required for the state of employment.
• ARRT and/or NMTCB certification required.
• Minimum one year nuclear medicine experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient in starting IVs.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate PET equipment to acquire images.
• Record and forward data to Radiologist.
• Refilm cases as time allows.
• Clean and re-supply equipment and rooms.
• Assist clerical staff as needed.
• Provide films when appropriate.
