The Landon at Lake Highlands is seeking a part-time Driver in Dallas, TX to safely chauffeur residents to activities and events, while maintaining the company van and assisting with light maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork in a warm, family-like community.

The driver will follow schedules, ensure safety, manage basic vehicle upkeep, and support other departments as needed. Must be 21+, have a valid license, and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Completion of drug testing and background check on hire.
• CDL license if required by vehicle.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Ensure resident safety when entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Follow safety rules while vehicle is in motion.
• Understand lift requirements and follow procedures.
• Report safety/resident concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as requested.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operate as directed.
