Job summary

Dallas Retirement Village is seeking an Entry level Transportation Driver to safely transport residents to and from on-site activities. The role is part-time and on-site, with a schedule that supports diverse shifts and mobility within the facility.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, log mileage, ensure passenger safety, and coordinate with the Transportation Coordinator to align routes with activity schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL with passenger endorsement and clean driving record required.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions and road signs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for residents.
• Maintain daily mileage logs and perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate transportation and appointment scheduling with other departments.

Education
