Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is looking for a part-time Housekeeper in Rogers, AR. You will provide housekeeping services to residents, creating a clean, home-like environment and ensuring spaces from lobby to resident rooms are welcoming.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and English communication at least at an 8th grade level. The shift is Friday to Sunday, 8:00am–2:30pm. Benefits are offered and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at least 8th grade.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening within six months and TB test clearance.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to create a tidy, comfortable living space for residents.
• Maintain cleanliness from lobby to break room and ensure everything is in its place.
