Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of housekeeping.
• Ability to use all required equipment.
• Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.
• Must work well within a team as well as independently.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms.
• Cleans restrooms and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
• Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors.
• Dusts furniture and empties trashcans.
• Cleans baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.
• Assists with activity room set-ups and moves of furniture.
• Attends required trainings and maintains up-to-date LMS training.
