Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of housekeeping practices.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms.
• Cleans restrooms, counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures.
• Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors.
• Dusts furniture and empties trashcans.
• Assists with activity room set-ups and may move furniture as needed.
• Attends training courses and maintains up-to-date training through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support residents' comfort and happiness.
