Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain a first‑class senior living community environment. The role focuses on cleanliness in resident suites, public areas, and support spaces to uphold high standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include general housekeeping, laundry support, safety compliance, and teamwork with staff. English communication and attention to quality are essential; health/dental/vision benefits and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Basic reading and communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding company quality standards.
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, MSDS and Lockout Tagout.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers/dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Communicate in English and contribute to a safe, clean environment.
