Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking servers for The Residence at Paine Estate in a full-time/part-time capacity, with evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes high-level customer service, dining atmosphere, and collaboration with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving beverages, setting tables, and assisting with special events while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, orally and in writing, is essential.
• Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance to standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Adhere to quality and food safety standards.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
