Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is seeking a weekend/part-time server to deliver compassionate dining services to our residents in a senior living community. You will work closely with the Dining team to ensure a friendly and efficient experience across all dining venues, using a digital POS system and maintaining cleanliness.

The role emphasizes interacting with residents, understanding their preferences, and contributing to a positive, supportive dining environment.

Qualifications

• Interacting with and relating to seniors in a respectful manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a dining team to deliver a compassionate service.
• Must meet licensing and background requirements for RCFE operation.
• Multi-task across dining areas and follow daily procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent dining services to residents across all dining venues.
• Support and encourage fellow Dining team members.
• Take orders and manage the menu using a digital POS system.
• Set and clear tables, clean dining surfaces, and keep areas tidy.
• Maintain the coffee and juice bar and keep the servery clean.
