Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals for residents and guests. You will follow menus and recipes, plate dishes, and keep a clean, well‑stocked station while supporting fellow kitchen staff.

The role requires at least 3 years of line cook experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Shifts are 5:30am-2pm or 11am-7pm, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of line cook experience or training.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests and staff.
• Follow planned menus and standard recipes to prepare meals.
• Plate food according to portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and maintain a clean, stocked station.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
