CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals for residents, guests, and staff according to menus and recipes. The role requires multitasking, good communication, and adherence to serving standards while maintaining cleanliness and kitchen safety.

Shifts are 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm, with responsibilities including food prep, plating, and coordination with other kitchen staff. This position offers opportunities for growth within a values-driven senior living company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• A minimum of three years of line cook experience and/or training.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
