The Farmstead at Medford, an Independent Living Senior Community, is accepting applications for part-time Concierge to join our team. The Concierge delivers outstanding service to residents and guests, handling inquiries promptly and with courteous respect, and is proficient in Microsoft Office while eager to learn other computer apps and systems that support the community operations.

Schedule weekdays and weekends available with various shifts, including weekend days (8AM to 4PM) and evenings

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a hospitality setting.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with Residents and Guests and answer the phone.
• Support marketing, administrative work, and events.
• Provide a first impression to visitors and balance tasks.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies.
• Deliver resort-like hospitality and professional service.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Director and leadership team.
