Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service/relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors in a respectful, engaging manner.
• Coordinate services and assist with daily needs and resident accommodations.
• Handle guest suite reservations and manage work orders with strong organizational skills.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure resident needs are met in a timely manner.
