Job summary

StoryPoint Group in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and perform activities that support residents' welfare and interests in a senior living community.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a compassion for seniors. You will assist in directing activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring resident safety in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating relevant administrative tasks, upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to all standards in the Employee Handbook.
