Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Caregiver in Lynnfield, MA to provide hands-on support with activities of daily living and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP guidelines, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities and dining assistance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) desirable.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
