Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver in Leominster, MA to provide hands-on support to residents and build meaningful relationships. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and promote safety, dignity, and independence in a respectful environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; in Memory Care, create enriching experiences.
