Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego showcases a part-time caregiver role within our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide hands-on care, support daily activities, and build meaningful relationships that enhance resident comfort and quality of life.

A CNA license is not required; prior caregiver experience is highly valued. We seek dependable, team-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and can care for multiple residents while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
