Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Encinitas, CA is seeking caring teammates to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, help with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships that enhance comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, and individuals pursuing a career in senior living. A CNA license is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or in similar healthcare settings is valued.
• Ability to use company issued tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for operations.
• Employment offers may require pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, TB).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
