Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, and help create a welcoming environment where seniors thrive.

While a CNA is not required, licenses or training are welcome. This part-time role offers Thursday open interviews and Friday–Saturday shifts, emphasizing hospitality, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
