Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide hands‑on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast‑paced setting that prioritizes resident dignity and comfort.

Industry experience is welcomed but not required; C.N.A. license not mandatory. The position offers diverse shifts and opportunities for growth within Belmont Village’s premium senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees to ensure the community operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to seniors in our community.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety and well‑being.
• Document and maintain daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
