Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver for the River Forest, IL location. This full-time night shift (11p-7a) role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, following individualized care plans, promoting safety and dignity, and engaging residents in social and dining activities.

You will collaborate with families and care teams, support memory care residents when needed, and participate in ongoing paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes; promote safety and dignity.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; assist Memory Care residents.
