Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PT Caregiver to join our Mesa, AZ team, 6AM-2PM on Sundays and Mondays. You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity, and deliver high-quality care in a friendly, hospitality-inspired environment.

This role requires reading care plans, teamwork, and a compassionate approach; CNA or first aid certification preferred, flexible, and able to lift 40+ pounds. We offer rich benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain work authorization.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred; First aid certification required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals).
• Follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Transport residents to meals and activities, assist with transfers.
• Provide mealtime assistance and serve meals; clear and deliver room trays.
• Chart and document resident information; report changes to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and alerts; ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with laundry and light housekeeping as needed.
