Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking aPart-time Caregiver in Gilbert, AZ. You will help residents with daily living activities, bathing, grooming, meals and transportation, while maintaining dignity and safety. The role requires English proficiency, a HS diploma, and healthcare certifications preferred.

Training and development support are provided, with a focus on high-quality hospitality and resident well-being. Hours include Saturday and Sunday evenings, with a pay of $19.00 per hour or DOE.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over or valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification required.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Health screening with negative TB test within required window.
• Caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to interact with people of different ages/backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while preserving dignity and safety.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support mealtime needs, including serving, eating, and clearing trays.
• Transport residents to activities and meals following safety protocols.
• Document information and report changes in condition to a supervisor.
